It was super easy to book and the process was seamless. We were traveling the day of the train strike in Italy and had a terrible time trying to book a taxi to take us to the train station. I had the issue of checking-out at one accomodation at 10am and not being able to check-in until 5pm at the next. I am a solo traveller with a heavy and cumbersome suitcase and did not want to lug it around Firenze for 7 hours or worry about locating a luggage storage point. WeitLess were the perfect solution! So easy to organise. They picked up my suitcase, stored it safely and magically turned up at my next destination. All smoothlessly executed. I absolutely recommend it to anyone.
