A bit of a long story but it will tell you how helpful they can be. I flew from London to Florence on Vueling airlines for a wedding on May 8, 2026. When I arrived my bag did not arrive. I was told the bag was not loaded at Gatwick and would arrive on the next flight that evening and would be brought to my hotel in Bologna by a courier. My bag did not arrive over the weekend. I tracked my bag through lost baggage service, which was never updated but said the bag was found. The next week I went to Gatwick to see if the bag was still there. I was told it was flown to Florence. Believe Google when it says your lost bag will never be returned to you by Florence lost baggage. Believing my bag was at the Florence airport, I hired Weitless to go to the airport, retrieve my bag and ship it to me (the bag was loaded with very expensive clothing and shoes). Weitless retrieved the bag, immediately notified me it was in their possession and shipped it to my home in the US. They tracked the bags progress to the day it was delivered to me, 19 days later due to the inefficiency of the Florence aiport baggage staff. I truly believe I would never have received my luggage without the professional, efficient people at Weitless. I can't provide enough praise for their service. Vanaf het moment van informeren waarbij echt goed werd meegedacht en ik goed werd geïnformeerd, het boeken tot het ophalen van de fietskoffer bij het vliegveld. De chauffeur was zelfs te vroeg en stond ons op te wachten. We kregen zelfs hulp toen de fiets niet vanzelf uit de koffer kon. Vriendelijk, communicatief, professional en punctueel. Aan te raden!
